Website Magazine may not be a top ten, but its a great resource for SEO tactics and its free to Canadians and Americans.

-I dont even think there’s more than 2 good Software for SEO
-You should check out Matt Cutts (http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/) he’s the Google God of the SEO world
-SEO training course ? just go around forums and read stuff, that’s training enough
-Top ten SEO trainers, Trust me, I know 2 of the best one, they which makes 6 figures a month, they won’t tell you a thing..well maybe they’ll tell you to read the forums for info..

Books get out of date very quickly in the fast moving world of SEO.
Training courses are mostly scams and there is no substitute for working for a couple of years alongside a few professionals in an SEO company or division.
SEO software is a complete waste of time because you never get to understand what you are doing and the relative importance of it. None of the top SEO professionals uses out of the box software.
Trainers? Well the top SEOs of course! Get to work alongside them as an intern if you can.
